**Job Summary**

We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our Food & Beverage UX team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative experiences tailored to restaurant customers and their guests' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Partner closely with Product Management to understand customers who use our products, empathize with them, and imagine creative ways to make their work lives dramatically better.

- Collaborate with fellow designers to innovate by designing coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant, state-of-the-art user experiences for our users.

- Work closely with Engineering to take your designs and turn them into reality.

- Partner with user researchers to get customer feedback on your designs, find out where you've improved their lives, and where you have more work to do.

- Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss project status, goals, roadblocks, and areas for improvement.

- Lead design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and customer demos.

- Stay well-informed of changing design technologies/methodologies and help drive process improvements and design strategy.

- Develop domain expertise to reconcile design best practices with business needs.

- Actively mentor less experienced designers.

- Learn, grow, and be challenged.

**What You'll Do**

As a Senior UX Designer on our Food & Beverage UX team, you will:

  • Develop innovative experiences tailored to restaurant customers and their guests' needs.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand customers and create solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to create coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant user experiences.
  • Work closely with Engineering to turn your designs into reality.
  • Partner with user researchers to get customer feedback and improve your designs.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals.
  • Lead design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and customer demos.
