About the Role:

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a leading manufacturer of high-quality semiconductor products, with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer Manager to join our team in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and channel partners in the Americas region, with a focus on Discrete Semiconductor products.
  • Work closely with MCC's distribution partners and customers' technical teams to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers' technical teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Marketing teams to define new product requirements and technology strategies.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence information to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Manage a team of Field Application Engineers to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of semiconductor products and technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on Discrete Semiconductor products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze market intelligence information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
