**Responsibilities**

As a Data Strategy and Business Engagement Associate Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating business teams to obtain data readiness pre-assessment for new projects and requirements
  • Orchestrating the evolution of data readiness when needed for your vertical
  • Interlocking strategy and transformation with functions and translating into data and analytics requirements
  • Building a comprehensive and detailed plan for data migration to Enterprise Data Foundations and Advanced Analytics capabilities
  • Coordinating Data and Analytics Portfolio for your vertical
  • Supporting the bringing of Data and Analytics capabilities to life, ensuring data migration to Enterprise Data Foundation and buildup of Advanced Analytics capabilities are on time and according to defined scope
  • Setting up the organization for value realization
  • Establishing trust-based partnerships with functions associated with your vertical
  • Providing business advisory for Data and Analytics topics
  • Ensuring connection with Latam and Global teams
  • Building and demonstrating empathy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a strong background in data strategy and business engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in data migration, Advanced Analytics capabilities, and portfolio management.
