We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our commercial strategy team at American Express. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our commercial organization.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement data visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategic initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL programming, data manipulation, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
