**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and control quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality documentation systems, including procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Conduct process capability studies and implement process control systems to ensure consistent quality.
  • Provide technical support for process validations and implement EES applications for quality systems.
  • Assist in training new engineers, technicians, and supervisors on process changes and quality procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances.
  • Participate in process and quality improvement projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of COGs initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or applicable science or business degree).
  • 4-6 years of related experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • CQE, CRE, CQA 2– Ratings, GB preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
  • GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
