Job Summary
Kms Technology is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees through direct deposit or other payment methods.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees or management.
- Ensure compliance with IMSS, ISN, and ISR regulations and requirements.
- Utilize CONTPAQi Nóminas software or similar for payroll processing and reporting.
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including IMSS, ISN, and ISR compliance.
- Proficiency in using CONTPAQi Nóminas software for payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll issues efficiently.
