About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Activation Lead to join our team at ICON. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will play a critical role in advancing clinical trial start-up activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Clinical Trial Start-Up Activities: Understand client objectives and assist in the development of plans for country and site distribution.
  2. Oversee Site Activation: Ensure adherence to sponsor timelines, expectations, and compliance with ICON/client KPIs, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  3. Develop Comprehensive Site Activation Plans: Conduct studies effectively in accordance with the plan.
  4. Lead Sponsor Initiatives: Manage kick-off meetings, bid defenses, project updates, status calls, and other key communications.
  5. Optimize Performance and Collaboration: Utilize project management skills to ensure successful study outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in life sciences.
  2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In a Clinical Research environment, focusing on Start-Up experience.
  3. Strong Project Management Skills: With a deep understanding of regulatory and submission processes in various countries.
  4. Excellent Communication Abilities: Written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proven Ability to Work Efficiently: Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
