We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team at Aggreko, LLC. As a QHSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments.
- Investigate accidents and environmental incidents, and collaborate with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
- Provide advice and training on safety protocols, conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and government standards, and maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain energy management data, and support the implementation of key business HSE improvement projects.
We are looking for an experienced individual contributor with a strong background in environmental health and safety. You should have a university degree or specialized diploma, and be able to work independently with limited supervision.
As a passionate champion of HSE, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE risk assessments, identifying continual improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation. You will also provide support and direction for HSE champions and build effective relationships with site management.
