Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ria Headquarters in El Salvador. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues related to transactions.
Main responsibilities include reviewing and correcting data for incorrectly processed transactions and collaborating with the accounting department to reconcile refunds for cancelled transactions.
To be considered for this position, you will need a minimum of a high school or college education. We also look for:
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer;
- At least one year of experience in customer services or a call center position;
- An additional language is an asset but not required.

• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
• Attention to detail;
• Good teamworking approach;
• Ability to work flexible schedules;
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
