  • **Design Strategy and Execution**: Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's business goals. Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to translate complex business strategies into visually compelling creative solutions that drive business impact.
  • **Client and Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of project goals, and leading the presentation of creative concepts. Provide thought leadership in design, offering strategic insights that align with the client's business objectives.
  • **Innovation and AI Integration**: Lead the research and integration of emerging design trends, technologies, and AI tools to push the boundaries of creative excellence. Drive innovation within the design team, ensuring that Avantor remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • **Brand Stewardship**: Uphold and evolve the Avantor brand identity, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines while also pushing the creative envelope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are integrated into broader marketing strategies. Guide and mentoring junior designers to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all department work.
