Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at EF Education First Gruppe. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the enrollment team in Mexico City, working closely with our Enrollment Advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate all events, including Accepted Student Dinners, regional webinars, summer retention events, and other events to engage with prospective students and promote our top-ranked program.
  • Market Research: Research school and college fairs in Mexico and Central America to support the Enrollment Advisor Team plans for fall and spring travel, ensuring we are well-represented in key markets.
  • Application Support: Assist prospective students through the application process by collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed in a timely manner to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Student Engagement: Promote our top-ranked program to pre-qualified potential candidates, highlighting the benefits of studying at our global business school.
  • Team Support: Support the enrollment team with additional projects and assignments as needed, ensuring we are always working efficiently and effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Support Enrollment Advisors to ensure a clean pipeline of prospective students when needed, ensuring we are always prepared for the next stage of the application process.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Has exceptional interpersonal communication skills and effortlessly relates to people of varied cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Self-Motivation: Is self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
