About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As an Indirects Buyer, you will be responsible for leading indirect procurement sourcing activities in all indirect categories for Edgewell Personal Care divisions and affiliates in Mexico. You will work closely with business partners and suppliers to ensure that all appropriate local spend is optimized and that we are driving cost reductions with continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize indirect procurement spend
  • Lead indirect procurement sourcing activities in all indirect categories
  • Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to drive cost reductions and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Contribute to new supplier selection processes and develop and maintain supplier relationships
  • Work closely with the LATAM Indirect Procurement Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Significant procurement experience gained within the consumer retail industry
  • Procurement or related qualification
  • Certification in Logistics, Administration or related studies
  • Indirect and Direct Procurement experience
  • Experience of using ERP SAP
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in vendor contract management
