As a member of the Passenger Growth Team, you will have the unique opportunity to be responsible for pushing the sustained growth of the DiDi Mobility riders platform while adding value to the marketplace across the SSL (Spanish Speaking Latinamerica) region.
Role Responsibilities:
Owning the definition and execution of our rider base growth operation and strategy, leveraging our user incentives platform, product enhancements, and cross-team collaboration projects.
Working with the Product and Performance Marketing teams to improve the quality of our new and re-engaged users, with a strong focus on retention and usage frequency.
Executing efficient actions aligned with P&L targets and available budgets.
Closely collaborating with supporting teams such as Product, Performance Marketing, Marketplace Operations, and Central Operations.
Role Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or growth strategy, preferably in the tech industry.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
Proficiency in English & Spanish.
Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your stakeholders.
