Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to join our Information Security team. As a Cybersecurity Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the continuous development of our risk management process and communicating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security standards, principles, and practices.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of security controls.
  • Support the Security Governance of our ISMS.
  • Ensure the application of security frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Cybersecurity Strategist at Danfoss, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Information Security, Internal Audit, Project Management, or Legal.
  • Good business English skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in performing security assessments/audits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience of building relationships at different levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Good knowledge of security and process frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Good knowledge of risk management concepts and risk assessment best practices.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (speak, read, write).
