Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate with auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Analyze failure modes of customer returns to implement corrective actions
  • Create statistical analyses of product performance and quality metrics
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal corrective actions (CARS)
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives
  • Support engineering, production, and quality teams in process development and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the HVACR industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis tools
