About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Operations Intern to join our Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data excellence and maintaining data flow between our global customer service partners and Emma.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and processes
- Identify and troubleshoot data mismatches between internal and external data sources
- Design and implement situation reports to improve data management and workflow
- Collaborate with contact centers to perform real-time analysis and data analysis tasks
- Act as a point of contact for data queries related to weekly business reviews with service providers
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and management tools
- Fluent English language skills
