Objective
Oversee and direct the resources allocated to a Production Line, ensuring adherence to targets and metrics to fulfill manufacturing demands. Foster teamwork across various departments by establishing priorities, assisting team members in enhancing their technical and leadership capabilities, and being accountable for decision-making and initiatives that steer the team towards meeting objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring that the Operational Team has all necessary systems and protocols for safe operations. Ensure compliance with the Operational Management System rooted in Servant Leadership principles, promoting adherence to established systems and making updates as required. Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) daily and weekly, confirming that production control targets are met and initiating action plans when targets are not achieved. Drive and Lead Initiatives for Cost Reduction. Guarantee adherence to current Process Parameters and Quality Controls on the Production Line, maintaining communication with Process and Quality departments to keep quality metrics within target ranges. Engage in Early Production Involvement for new programs and manufacturing lines, ensuring that solutions meet Operational needs. Lead the compliance of Operational Readiness for successful new programs. Maintain communication with the Human Resources department to ensure that the team is complete and operates in an environment that reflects the company's values. Support the creation and updating of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Process Controls (PC).Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering. Proficient in English. Familiarity with ISO 14001, IATF, Metal-Mechanical Industry standards, PPAP, and APQP. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
