About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the activities related to the management of Spare Parts (CRIB) and Materials Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule the activities of the CRIB Materials Warehouse staff to achieve the area's objectives.
- Monitor and track the progress of requests for materials from the CRIB Materials Warehouse.
- Manage and coordinate the operations of the Cleaning Area for Solder Pallets.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in their management systems to achieve the objectives and goals.
- Analyze costs and implement cost reduction measures as necessary.
- Distribute the workload of the CRIB Materials Warehouse staff to contribute to the achievement of the area's objectives.
- Track and ensure payment of spare parts and services invoices.
- Track operational expenses and avoid non-compliance with the maintenance department's targets.
- Track capital expenses and implement them together with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Plan the arrival of spare parts for maintenance activities with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Analyze material coverage and critical spare parts inventory to guarantee supply to production lines and maintenance.
- Assure the materials and spare parts reorder point aligns with future demands and consumption.
- Track changes that affect the supply of materials in SAP/Ariba until their conclusion.
- Look for alternatives to develop new local suppliers and spare parts at a lower price without affecting quality.
- Follow up on information requirements of dangerous chemical substances.
- Coordinate the execution of physical and periodic counts of the CRIB materials warehouse.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who possesses the following qualifications:
- Engineer Degree/Bachelor of Administration or equivalent.
- Language: English Intermediate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor of materials inventories and purchases.
- High proficiency in following up on each purchasing detail.
- High proficiency in supervising the storage of products (dangerous, fragile, high volume).
- Experience in coordinating periodic inventory inspections.
