About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Services Manager to join our team in Mexico, Central American & Caribbean (C&C) and Andina region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in delivering an integrated marketing approach to assigned customers, including products and services deployment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our specialists across marketing, portfolio, business insights & analytics to drive business growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and customers to provide market intelligence, category, and customer analysis.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including sales, portfolio, innovation, and business insights & analytics teams.
  • Lead marketing interactions with assigned customers, developing and executing marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan, analyzing market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Deliver innovative services for customers, leveraging Tetra Pak methodologies to drive business results.
  • Provide input to new product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage promotional investment and programs for assigned customers, ensuring effective ROI.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' marketing experience in a professional corporate environment.
  • Experience collaborating in the Americas region: Mexico, Central American & Caribbean (C&C) and Andina region (Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, etc.).
  • Great communication skills; fluent English is a must (written and spoken).
  • A data-oriented mindset with the ability to develop insights and tell a story.
  • Strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity.
  • Interest and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities.
  • A drive for results and thorough follow-up.
  • Customer-oriented; abilities to discuss and negotiate marketing topics and support services.
