Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Courtyard Mexicali. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
  • Monitor food quality while preparing food.
  • Set-up and break down work station.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
