About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Transformation Specialist to join our team at Garrett Advancing Motion. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and implementation of our Operating System principles, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees, engineers, and leaders have a deep understanding of the Operating System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and sustainability of the Operating System.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on the use of GEM tools and processes.
  • Lead change initiatives and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
  • Develop and track progress reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Green Belt Certification.
  • Previous relevant experience leading a project and in continuous improvement areas.
