**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Reach International Consulting. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with our headquarters to establish annual targets and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with governing bodies on behalf of the company, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practices, ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a financial institution in Mexico, with extensive knowledge of the legal framework.
- Ideally, possess experience working with SOFOMs.
- Start-up or scale-up experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
**Working Conditions**
- This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring the ability to commute or relocate to Ciudad de México.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of $20-$35,000.00 per month.
