About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-obsessed Brand Specialist to join our AVS team at Amazon Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience for our selected vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management: You will be responsible for managing a brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers, and creating detailed monthly reports on performance.
  2. Vendor Management: You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
  3. Category Growth: You will provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions, proposing changes to operational processes, driving a high standard in customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, relationship management and organizational skills, and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. You will also need to have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
