This position is Onsite and located in Mexico City, providing flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts.
Position Overview:
You will join a team comprising QA engineers, developers, pre-sales, and project managers, working to enhance software for specific locales and languages, ensuring the delivery of the appropriate product for each locale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an individual contributor to the project, with potential project management duties for a sub-team.
- Provide native Korean language expertise across various subject areas and assist in defining software requirements.
- Serve as expert evaluators for specific products, aiding engineers in software enhancement.
- Conduct data analysis and related assessments.
- Collaborate with Search Engineers on advanced algorithm development.
- Diagnose issues and report findings.
- Enhance UI and product functionality.
- Assist in adapting user interfaces to local languages.
- Draft configuration documents for clarity.
Essential Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training. A willingness to learn and a passion for technology and culture are essential.
- Native Korean speaker with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills, alongside fluency in an additional language.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
