We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Business Partner to join our WPP IT team, specifically to support the Kepler contract in the LATAM region. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective transformation of our IT services, driving business growth, and delivering strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the interaction with our Spanish and Portuguese speaking businesses, while conversing with WPP HQ in English.
- Assist in the implementation of the new major outsourced IT contract, including system set-up, recharge models, and coordinating our network of Country Financial Hosts.
- Work closely with HR to track people movements, including starters, leavers, and transfers, to ensure a robust understanding of our headcount in a quickly changing environment.
- Develop and submit Business Cases, supported by the Finance Business Partner, to the IT Investment Board and Group Transformation Board.
- Ensure control of the monthly and year-to-date financial positions of your area through regular meetings with key business stakeholders.
- Progress into leading the annual budgetary process for your area, engaging with senior stakeholders to document strategic priorities and re-forecast on a quarterly basis.
- Contribute to the IT savings target and assist with ad-hoc projects, supporting RFP processes, and associated business cases.
As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the financial positions of your area are accurate and up-to-date.
- Challenging expenditure to ensure it is value for money and aligned with WPP IT strategy.
- Developing relationships with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a robust understanding of our headcount and business needs.
- Supporting the implementation of the Kepler contract and driving business growth in the LATAM region.
