Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planning Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Master Scheduler, this role involves managing and planning customer demand, and data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track the materials team performance through diverse reports.
  2. Elaborate and analyze "clear to build".
  3. Work closely with program management and materials management areas.
  4. In charge of inventory control and production plan.
  5. Analyze and authorize ECOs (engineering change orders) to the Product Engineering team.
  6. Assist in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts.
  7. May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data.
  8. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues related to metrics.

Requirements:

  • Related Electronics manufacturing industry experience.
  • Work orders management.
  • Related experience in materials.
  • BA/BS degree or related experience.
  • Strong data analysis knowledge.
  • Strong MRP knowledge.
  • Basic English.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Able to build strong relationships.
  • Strong experience in efficient control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
