As a key member of our team, you will lead and build a high-performing sales organization across Mexico, driving growth and revenue for Aviva. As the Head of Sales, you will own a core pillar of our go-to-market strategy, leveraging your expertise to pioneer and bridge premium financial services to non-metropolitan communities.

Apart from leading our team of branch managers, you will act as a major stakeholder in our mission to build the sales organization of the future. We have invested in a product and BI team to automate administrative sales leadership tasks and create a cutting-edge frontline seller experience. Your role will be to champion and implement Aviva's culture within a diverse and geographically distributed sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales goals of Aviva's kiosks and report directly to our co-founder and Chief Growth Officer
  • Act as direct manager of Aviva's kiosk sales team: hire, train, coach, and manage our branch managers
  • Collaborate closely with our sales operations team and co-lead Aviva's mission to build the sales organization of the future
  • Regularly visit our kiosks to oversee sales performance in the field

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sellers' productivity and hit sales targets
  • Excellent people manager with the ability to realize the full potential of sales teams
  • Experience managing face-to-face sales, ideally to consumers or small businesses
  • Customer-oriented and impact-focused mindset
  • Familiar with contemporary CRMs and other latest-gen sales tools
  • Fluent Spanish
