Key Responsibilities- Health Program Development: Develop and implement health programs to promote employee wellness and prevent occupational diseases.
- Medical Treatment: Provide medical treatment to employees at our global locations, including treating illnesses and injuries during working hours.
- Medical Record Management: Supervise the maintenance of medical records, including case histories and health examination reports.
- Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and occupational diseases to determine their causes and implement preventive or corrective measures.
- Preventive Medicine: Implement preventive medicine programs to educate and modify poor health and hygiene habits, promoting self-care of the person.
- Reporting and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics required by law and/or company.
- Program Planning: Prepare annually the program of activities of the Medical Service, as stipulated by current regulations.
- Health Promotion: Participate in health promotion and care through activities and talks that enhance the culture of care and prevention among our employees.
- Medical Degree: Medical Doctor degree.
- Experience: + 5 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Certifications: Medical License (Occupational Medicine certification preferred).
- Language: English written and spoken 60-70% Written & Spoken (Preferred).
