Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Micron. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for calculating incentive award payments to sales personnel and manufacturer reps based on incentive plan rules and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, communicate, and administer incentive programs, plans, and policies.
- Calculate and validate incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review payment reports for completeness and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Communicate incentive payments to Micron Sales and Manufacturer Reps.
- May analyze sales performance results, prepare reports, and recommendations for management.
- Utilize Power BI, SQL, Excel, and ERP systems to gather data for payment calculation or analysis.
- Contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data.
- May perform analysis or modeling of alternative incentive plan designs.
- Document business processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, business operations, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to manipulate and summarize large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL queries.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and internal personal skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
Important Note:
The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position.
