As an HCM Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global organization, extending our Workday deployment to meet business requirements. Responsibilities:- Develop requirements documentation to meet business needs
- Diagnose and resolve HCM issues raised by the business
- Support data requests and maintenance including rescind, correct and EIBs
- Provide guidance to our team of Analysts when troubleshooting complex issues
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to our People Teams
- Maintain expertise on data standards/functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and technology trends
