**Job Overview:
The Industrial Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of manufacturing processes within our production plant. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of automotive products.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. **Production Planning:** Plan and oversee production processes to meet goals in terms of volume, quality, and deadlines.
2. **Team Supervision:** Lead and manage the production team, ensuring employee development and motivation.
3. **Quality Control:** Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
4. **Resource Management:** Ensure the efficient use of materials, machinery, and human resources.
5. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and automotive industry requirements.
**Requirements:
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in production or management is a plus.
**Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
**Technical Knowledge:** Lean manufacturing systems (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Automotive-specific processes (molding, stamping, assembly, etc.). Proficiency in production planning and control software (ERP/MRP).
**Skills:** Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
**Estimated Salary:** $28,569 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Work Conditions:** Full-time position. Availability to travel as required by the company.
**Success Indicators:** Achievement of production goals (volume, time, quality). Reduction of operational costs and downtime. Increased satisfaction of internal and external customers.
