We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality and Reliability Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, recommending revisions, and installing quality control systems. They will also develop and document analytical methods for establishing the reliability of our products and their components. Additionally, they will conduct analyses on relative reliability regarding cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring company environmental safety programs and policies. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. If necessary, they will recommend corrective actions. The selected candidate will also be responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance.
The successful Senior Quality and Reliability Manager will lead our teams in implementing and managing technical and testing standards and specifications. They will oversee quality control and reliability programs governing materials, products, and processes. This will result in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, and customer communication.
