Cake Decorator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating cakes according to high standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning and measuring dry ingredients.
• Use baking tools and equipment safely and effectively to prepare baked goods.
• Follow food safety handling policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of products.
• Monitor kitchen temperatures and report any issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or cake decorator.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
