Job Summary

As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development, procurement, and implementation of automation solutions to support customer product manufacturing equipment needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing business case analysis, trade-off analysis, and decision criteria for multiple solution options to minimize impact to cost, quality, and schedule delivery of equipment.

You will plan and lead the hardware and software improvements of automated lines and off-the-shelf equipment, leveraging Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and other available data. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including solution providers, for design approval and technical information.

Additionally, you will be accountable for the development, procurement, installation, qualification, maintenance, and operational performance of complex equipment within a value stream or overall responsibility for common equipment sets across the entire factory. Your support in capital planning processes will be invaluable in developing forecasts for equipment capacity and recommending CapEx plans to meet site targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, procurement, and implementation of automation solutions

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
