You will plan and lead the hardware and software improvements of automated lines and off-the-shelf equipment, leveraging Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and other available data. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including solution providers, for design approval and technical information.
Additionally, you will be accountable for the development, procurement, installation, qualification, maintenance, and operational performance of complex equipment within a value stream or overall responsibility for common equipment sets across the entire factory. Your support in capital planning processes will be invaluable in developing forecasts for equipment capacity and recommending CapEx plans to meet site targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, procurement, and implementation of automation solutions
- Analyze business case analysis, trade-off analysis, and decision criteria for multiple solution options

Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
