Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to various departments.
- Utilize business intelligence tools like Metabase and data warehouses such as Snowflake to extract, analyze, and report data.
- Employ data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses through data governance practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
- Almost native spoken, written, and understanding of the English language.
- 3-4 years of hands-on work experience in data analysis.
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in business intelligence tools like Metabase.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience with ETL processes and familiarity with data modeling and database design principles is a plus.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
