- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or fabrication environment.

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) programs, preferably ProE.
- Experience with statistical tools and root cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret graphs and blueprints.
- Knowledge of fabrication equipment and tooling.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
