About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Marketing Manager to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through the development and execution of global demand marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns that target key personas, including customer support, IT, operations, and HR.
  • Partner with product marketing and leverage data-driven analysis to understand enterprise target audience segmentation, align messaging to target audience, and develop content strategy to support new business campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams on campaign implementation, lead follow-up, and performance.
  • Evaluate research, data, market conditions, and competitive position and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Build and manage global integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, registration, and attendance at global events.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with customer, campaign, or integrated marketing experience (Customer experience, B2B, SaaS preferred).
  • Experience driving end-to-end execution of global marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Ability to digest and understand audience segment data to help determine optimal targeting and campaign creation strategies.
  • Strong and proven writing and messaging skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability and agility to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative with a knack for improving programs and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to use data insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales professionals to executives.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, energetic, and optimistic.
