This Sales Administrative Assistant role provides administrative and secretarial support to our sales team in the short-term rental and hotel reservation industry.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage contract organization, correspondence, internal forms, reservation creations, proposal submissions, and various administrative tasks to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Process inbound leads and submit RFPs on platforms such as HotelPlanner for designated properties.
- Administer administrative duties such as reservation creations, contract execution, correspondence, creating internal documents, and communicating with guests for post-booking inquiries.
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or short-term rental industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, colleagues, and management at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HotelPlanner, CVent, or similar.
