In this role, you will strategize, develop, and implement capital projects by facilitating technical advancements and evaluating the feasibility of engineering-related initiatives within the supply chain. Your efforts will support growth, enhance manufacturing excellence, and boost productivity while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. You will follow Mondelēz's business and innovation frameworks in project management to ensure all standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

To guarantee the delivery of precise budgets, plans, and suitable technical solutions, you will collaborate with essential stakeholders to outline and execute the capital and technical agendas throughout the development stages of investment projects. You will formulate capital budgets in line with contractual obligations and project cash flow forecasts, ensuring that engineering standards and advancements are applied. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of cutting-edge processes and equipment strategies aimed at optimizing resources, standardizing assets, and implementing best practices. In this capacity, you will oversee capital project execution and be responsible for the quality and outcomes of the projects in accordance with Mondelēz standards and our project management protocols.

Additional Information

Essential Insights about this Role:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in project management
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for achieving objectives
  • Advanced understanding of project management (cost analysis, contractor oversight, regulatory basics)
  • Experience in CAPEX and OPEX management

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automation, or a related engineering field

Job-Specific Requirements:

  • Proficient business English

Travel Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel as required

Work Schedule:

  • Availability from Monday to Saturday
