We are a leading financial services company seeking a highly skilled Senior Web and Mobile Analytics Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our web and mobile analytics efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing analytics tools, creating dashboards for different teams, analyzing data, and identifying product growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement web and mobile analytics tools to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for marketing and other teams to inform data-driven decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates
  • Support web analytics efforts for Mexico and other regions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst with a strong background in web and mobile analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and AppsFlyer
  • Experience with dashboard development using DataStudio, Redash, and Tableau
  • Excellent SQL skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and API integration
  • Experience with conducting A/B tests and analyzing results

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics)
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field
