Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Latecoere. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Build and maintain detailed schedules to meet production targets and monitor progress in real-time.
- Generate and monitor production line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Explain and validate production planning and KPIs with the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Dispatch kitting and job cards to the team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance.
- Check that production objectives are met, including PR4, Quality, OTD, and Ratios.
- Ensure respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling's allocated to the team.
- Guarantee the security of the team, respecting health and safety directives.
- Monitor daily 5-minute SQCDA security meetings with the team.
- Participate in continuous improvement for manufacturing, quality, and Lean policy.
- Report to hierarchy issues, dysfunctions encountered, and solutions proposed.
- Respect and check respect of internal rules.
- Gather needs for tooling on the Latecoere Mexico site.
- Comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.
- Ensure that employees know and comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.

- Apply disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety regulations and/or bad practices that may affect the environment.
- University level people, Technical diploma.
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Experience in personnel management, teamwork.
- Handling of tools, reading and comprehension in English and Spanish.
- Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication.
- Knowledge: Production, quality, and Manufacturing.
