HR Operations Manager, Mexico: Global Talent Acquisition and Operations Expert

At Scale AI, we're scaling our People Team to meet the growing demands of our organization. We're seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager in Mexico to develop and implement thoughtful, streamlined employee lifecycle processes that support an exceptional employee experience. This role will play a critical part in creating a highly employee-centric team as Scale AI continues to grow exponentially.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evolve HR processes and policies in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local statutes and reflecting Scale AI's credos.
• Provide HR leadership to our teams in Mexico, focusing on benefits, compliance, and other people programs.
• Stay up-to-date on HR laws and practices in Mexico, including payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, and wage laws.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and simplify workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
• Exceptionally collaborative and able to advise employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, with stellar organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of Mexico employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Mexico benefits and payroll processes
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to propose meaningful solutions
• Excellent judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Flexible mindset and able to navigate ambiguity with ease
• Action-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
