We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at Legal Management Group. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned cases, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance entities to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate patient care
  • Assist in coordinating patient care and follow-up appointments
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the case management process
  • Utilize case management software to track and document case progress
  • Gather medical reports and insurance information
  • Assist in preparing settlement demands and determining the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Hospitality, Medicine, or Healthcare Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office
