Key Responsibilities- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs from the perspective of the product/service life cycle, having a clear vision of the customer's objectives and goals.
- Requirement Prioritization: Prioritize requirements and deliverables to maximize product value in line with customer expectations and product vision. Define the product backlog and manage the development sequence and functionality tracking.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the main point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring adequate customer acceptance along with the management and development teams. Translate and communicate customer requirements in the correct technical language to the development team.
- Deliverable Generation: Faithfully comply with the generation of deliverables by the team, including the development of functionalities, integrations, interface, research and documentation, for each milestone defined in the Gantt schedule and the associated process stages.
- Product Development: Actively participate in the product development process, breaking down objectives/requirements into iterations and establishing a delivery schedule. Be present on all cadence and review calls and meetings.
- Strategic Design: Support in the strategic design process of new products under the possible technical scopes, generating solutions in coordination with other areas of the company. Apply future-oriented design principles to increase the organization's capacity for innovation and competence.
- Data Security: Ensure the security and privacy of each client's data according to the service provided, generating access control to information and complying with established security guidelines and processes.
- 1-3 years prior experience in roles related to product management or software development.
- Technical knowledge in project management and cybersecurity.
- Requirements analysis.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills to act as a liaison between the development team and clients.
- Spanish and English (professional proficiency) is required.
