Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all accounting, control, compliance, and payroll operations
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and decision-making
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure effective financial operations
  • Take initiatives to evolve the department based on company needs and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial field
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting software
  • Practical approach with strong motivation for improvement
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills
