Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our product engineering initiatives in the plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing engineering projects to ensure efficient production within quality and target cost parameters.

Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of operation and operation of HVAC equipment, preferably Chillers equipment.
  • Knowledge of UL 1995 standard.
  • Technical knowledge of control systems, interpretation of electrical diagrams, electric motors, power electronics.
  • Interpretation of engineering specifications for mechanical, electrical, and pressure components.
  • Understanding engineering change control processes, bills of materials, control of revisions of drawings.
  • Knowledge of CAD Design Processes, PTC Creo, and Control of PTC Windchill version.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively execute tasks under pressure environment.
  • Ability to handle tension between team members and in delicate situations.
  • Flexibility during times of change.
  • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
