Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Salesforce Digital Solutions Consultant to provide support for the DealCloud application, manage configurations, workflows, permissions, and reporting, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for the DealCloud application with prior experience in DealCloud or transferrable skills from Salesforce.
  • Understand and manage configurations, workflows, permissions, and reporting to enhance user experience and drive business success.
  • Perform complex data management tasks including data merging and cleaning across integrated systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Independently analyze issues and provide effective solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user training and coaching to empower clients and stakeholders with the necessary skills to utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders while managing user requests within scope to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Experience with the DealCloud application or relevant experience in Salesforce to ensure expertise and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data management and manipulation using tools like Excel to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Background in user management and administration on cloud-based platforms to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Familiarity with service management tools for handling user requests to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 per year
