Prototype 2TS/Shipper/Packaging Technician

As a key member of Aptiv's team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating material and mixed production requirements to meet production schedules. Your expertise will be essential in managing all aspects of prototype inventory, setting up 2ts, importing and exporting materials and components, and coordinating shipping and packaging.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prototype inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials and components
  • Set up and maintain 2ts systems for efficient production
  • Coordinate importation and exportation of materials and components
  • Develop and implement hot sheets formats to streamline material transfer from LIDC to MX
  • Coordinate shipping and packaging of materials and finished goods
  • Manage 931 material transfer from DA31 to DA88
  • Oversee PTA system management, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Ensure smooth warehouse material movement and inventory control

Your Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry is required. SAP experience is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Fluency in English is a plus, and strong communication and organization skills are a must.
