Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Oversee and supervise a team of construction personnel, including subcontractors and workers;
- Coordinate and schedule work orders, materials, and equipment;
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards;
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements;
- Manage and control project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs;
- Analyze and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction management or a related field;
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
