Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies to support deployment activities in the Risk, Process and Controls area.
- Act as a business partner for Regional and Operational Management Teams.
- Lead a team of Process and Control Improvement Specialists to monitor and execute the Global Process and Control Improvement agenda in the Region.
- Proven 7-10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, Risk Management, and internal controls.
- University degree or Master's in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, and professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, RA, RE, RC, CPA, or CIA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive improvements, act as a change agent, and have a hands-on mentality.
- Experience in managing teams and excellent written and verbal English skills.
